Service is typically provided to children with disabilities — without regard to race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. Disabilities include language delay, hearing loss, cleft lip and palate, autism spectrum disorder, brain injury, dyslexia, voice disorders, fluency dysfunction and other disorders of speech and language development.
