Tax Exempt Status
The Scottish Rite Foundation of Colorado is approved as an IRS Code 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity. All gifts are eligible for tax deduction to the maximum extent of the law. For a copy of the approval letter, please contact the Foundation’s Executive Secretary.

Annual Audit
The Foundation’s financial statements are audited annually by an independent certified public accountant. The annual auditor’s report and financial statements as well as the IRS Form 990 are on file in the Foundation’s office and may be requested from the Executive Secretary.
